Did you know about lag?
If you have been zooming around the world you know about jet lag. The Mayo Clinic has pages on how to combat it. One good tip? Stay home.
But for now, the rig count:

If you have been drilling wells and you are trying to figure out where those drill cuttings came from you know about lag time. What is lag time? The time it takes for the cuttings to get to surface. The bit may be at 2000 m but the cuttings at surface are from some distance back. Tops coming in wrong? Maybe it is just the wrong lag time.
